Today Singapore Airlines (SIA) increases its popular Manchester–Singapore service, taking it from five-flights a week, to a daily service. This upgrade gives customers greater choice and connectivity to Singapore, Southeast Asia, and SIA’s wider global network.

Flight SQ301 now departs daily from Manchester Airport at 1035hr and arrives at Changi Airport in Singapore at 0700hr (+1). The early arrival time allows for a full day of exploring and is convenient for seamless onward connections.

As Manchester Airport’s longest-serving long-haul carrier, this marks the first time Singapore Airlines has operated daily flights from Manchester.

The Airline recently celebrated its 40th anniversary of flying from Manchester Airport, which launched on 1 April 1986 with a twice-weekly service.

Our flights are popular with both the leisure and business community, and we are happy to offer more options to customers with the increase to a daily operation.”

SIA, together with its low-cost carrier, Scoot, transports customers to over 130 destinations worldwide via Singapore, including Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand, Thailand, and Vietnam. The route is operated by SIA’s Airbus A350-900 long-haul aircraft, which is configured with 253 seats (42 in Business Class, 24 in Premium Economy Class, and 187 in Economy Class). In Business Class, customers can savour fine dining from Guest Chef Monica Galetti, along with an award-winning wine collection. Customers in Premium Economy Class and Economy Class can also enjoy an exclusive dessert from Chef Galetti. SIA also offers complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi access across all cabin classes.
