Popular Yorkshire market, Little Bird Artisan Market, will make its Tees Valley debut on Friday 7th August, bringing together 30 independent makers, artists and food producers for a new event hosted at Teesside Park.

Running from 10am to 4pm, visitors will be able to discover everything from handmade gifts and home fragrance to artisan food, sweet treats and unique artwork.

Among the traders taking part will be North East-based, Racing Distillery, which produces handcrafted vodkas and rums; KURROC, an independent South Yorkshire-based home fragrance brand inspired by natural stone; and West Yorkshire artist, Fine Art by Shaun, known for his detailed wildlife and pet portraits.

Other popular traders include Blondie Bakery, York Cocktail Co., North Country Pies & Cheeses, Bobibee, Village Cakery, Amber & Olive, Swaad, and Rose and Bramley.

The market will return to Teesside Park throughout the year, with further events taking place on Friday 4th September, Friday 30th October, and Friday 4th, 11th and 18th of December 2026.

It comes as Teesside Park has launched an action-packed programme of outdoor activities including mini golf and bungee trampolines, as well as street food stalls, with Greek gyros, gourmet burger, and sweet churro treats, for the school holidays.

Visitors travelling by car can take advantage of Teesside Park's free parking while the centre is also served by several local bus routes, with services running throughout the day from as early as 7am until as late as 10.30pm.

Stagecoach services 36, 37 and 38, alongside Arriva’s X12 and 16 services, provide access from locations including Hartlepool, Norton, Billingham, Middlesbrough and Stockton. The number 16 service also stops within Teesside Park’s leisure area.
