It’s that time of year again – oh yes, it is! - as Pinocchio, a brand-new production - prepares to dazzle and delight for a seven-week run at Newcastle Theatre Royal from Tuesday, November 28th.

Celebrated Theatre Royal panto star Danny Adams take centre stage as Pinocchio, who transforms himself from a famous puppet to a real boy whose nose grows every time he tells a lie.

After running away from Geppetto, his puppet master, he gets himself into a series of scrapes with some colourful characters.

Pinocchio marks the eighteenth panto appearance at Newcastle Theatre Royal for both Danny Adams and Clive Webb, as hard-up toymaker Geppetto who carves Pinocchio to make a living as a puppeteer.
