Jet2 Strengthens Its Bulgaria Offering

Jet2holidays is expanding its offering to Bulgaria this Summer with the addition of package holidays to the popular resort of Sozopol.

The European country has proved popular with holidaymakers thanks to its purse-friendly appeal, prompting the UK’s largest tour operator to respond with tours to the ancient seaside town.

New hotels on sale range from 3 to 4-star properties with options including bed and breakfast and all-inclusive.

Combining white sand beaches with charming architecture, holidaymakers visiting Sozopol can discover the resort’s Old Town of cobbled streets, terracotta topped houses and distinctive wooden buildings, along with a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

The area boasts two beautiful beaches - Central and Harmanite – as well as the wild beach at Dyuni. Nature lovers can also head to the Ropotamo Nature Reserve or the Blatoto Alepu National Park, while families can enjoy a fun-filled day in the Neptun Aqua Park, a 50,000 sq. metre waterpark.

Flights will leave for Bulgaria (Bourgas) up to 21 times a week and from nine of Jet2.com’s UK basis including: East Midlands, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool John Lennon, Manchester and Newcastle International with transfers to and from Bulgaria (Bourgas) airport also included.
