With burglary claims increasing by 106% since 2020 and over half of the UK admitting to being victims of a home burglary, a new survey has revealed the human side of home burglaries.
The team at ADT surveyed 2,000 people in the UK to look at the statistics of burglaries, looking at factors such as how long it took people to feel safe in their homes again after being burgled and which gender is most likely to feel safe at home. The study also looked at the areas and regions with the most burglaries.
Have you ever been a victim of a home burglary where the burglar gained entry to your home?
